I did this shoot with Emma back in June and never posted the results, so here ya go!  Emma got these really cool stars in Chinatown for $3 each or something crazy cheap like that... gotta love Chinatown :)  The way the light shone through the cut-out shapes was so pretty. 

Looking back at these pictures reminds me of Stargirl, the book by Jerri Spinelli.  Have you read it?  I guess it's more for younger readers... I read it when I was 12-ish I believe?  But ugh it's so good I would read it again!
