Half Moon Bay
Last week, the fam and I took a trip to Half Moon Bay. The weather was overcast and rainy, which I think added all the more so to the autumn atmosphere. Plus, it gave me an opportunity to don my favorite blue tights + socks combo for the first time this season. I'm so excited to be able to layer more with the cooler weather.

My beet salad... ahhh so good.

In the end, we went to the beach and got completely soaked... it was kind of fun ;)

I love day trips like this with the fam... all too often we get caught up in everyday life; it's kinda nice, all three of us together plus the dog.

I hope you brought a jacket! The pictures are very pretty (and that pumpkin patch omg I totally want to go there), but I really really hope you didn't get sick from staying out in that cold weather, especially at the beach.

I don't know if I've ever left a comment, but I love every one of your posts. They're always beautiful in one way or another. :)

@Terra: My main camera (Canon t2i) is in the camera hospital right now getting repairs, so I've been using my back up camera, the Sony a200.
@Hazel: Aw, thank you!

Such a pity the weather was wet, but it looks equally lovely nonetheless!

Half Moon Bay is such a pretty little seaside town. The name itself! And the mist-covered pumpkin patch has me quite jealous! (The fact that it's mist-covered only makes it 10x better.) I hope you found a pumpkin or two to carve for Sunday.
