Afternoon tea
Afternoon tea
Over the weekend, I attended a blogger tea party put on by ModCloth. I don't know what I liked more, the yummy food or stylish bloggers! I happily nibbled on a few (okay, a lot) of treats and met some old blog friends, as well as new. Also, my current goal in life is to recreate those peanut butter oreo pie cookies... just sayin'. You can view more photos from the tea party on the ModCloth blog.

"Peanut butter oreo pie" - possibly thee best four words to ever be placed alongside one another. I'm going to HAVE to try that out.

Those little treats look so delicious! I don't blame you for nibbling at at a few of them :P I would have gobbeld the lot! haha.

Everything looks so prim and proper, so lovely to see.

I think every post I've seen of the tea party has had that purple-flowered teapot. It's so cute!

I woudl have loved that in fact--reminds me of my "Mr Toast's Christmas Tea"s on my site. But, no men there i suppose. I woudl feel rather like the odd man out--literally. Food looks scrumptious and how was the tea?!

That looked like so much fun and being surrounded by all that pretty decor it must have been quite inspirational.
