Today, my grandmother left to go back to Florida. She visited with us for two weeks. Now, things are slowly going back to normal. Just my mom, me, and Aubrey at home, with my dad at work during the day. When we both lived in Connecticut, we lived about 30 minutes away from each other. The past few years have felt very different not having her nearby. Makes the few weeks we see each other every year all the more special.
