Words for everything
Words for everything
Words for everything
"Even now, all possible feelings do not yet exist, there are still those that lie beyond our capacity and our imagination. From time to time, when a piece of music no one has ever written or a painting no one has ever painted, or something else impossible to predict, fathom or yet describe takes place, a new feeling enters the world. And then, for the millionth time in the history of feeling, the heart surges and absorbs the impact."
- Nicole Krauss (The History of Love)

Just finished reading The History of Love a few days ago. Have you read it? Some parts were kind of eh, but some passages that were pure magic, and overall it is quite a beautiful story.

I love that quote. I haven't read that book but maybe some day I will. :) And those pictures--gorgeous. Beautiful lighting.

Oh! I really liked the History of Love! I agree, there were some rough patches, but the story was so beautiful.

Daym!
My heart melted looking at these images here, so beautiful! It connected with me in a way I'm finding hard to write, it's better felt!

The first image, I love the use of the natural night coming into the window, everything is perfect, timing, composition, body-language, the overall feel of the image, everything!

The second one, I love the composition here, the angle is gorgeous the red socks are simple sexy to me as well haha, I'm not too sure about the pose of her right arm though; I don't know if it suppose to be her left arm and the image is mirrored or something because I was think maybe she's married with a ring on the finger...confusing, however, still beautiful.

The third one, because of the glow I it feels so magical, as if time had stopped. If it were a film and I was the director I would have a humming bird come to the window at this frame and you would hear it's wings =]

@Dwayne Tucker: Aww thank you :) And wow, you've got good eyes! Didn't even notice the right hand in the second picture before you said something about it. Still beautiful though, nonetheless.
