Katy Lagden, that is. Hailing from the UK, she's a 16-year-old student (and new blogger!). I've been playing stalker and lurking through her pictures on the interwebs (cause I'm cool like that, obvs) and isn't she just the sweestest thing?! You know the type of people that have a certain fairytale-ness about themselves, as if they were magic itself? Well Katy is one of them, I think. Definite new girl crush, right here.
