Once upon a time...

...there was a photographer that continually blew my mind. Her name was Anna Wolf. When she emailed me her latest work, all I could do was drool with amazement (well maybe not exactly, but i was wowed nonetheless). The colors! The clothing! The beautiful models!
Anna Wolf - Soma Magazine
Here is the behind-the-scenes video of that shoot:

Behind-the-scenes is my absolute favorite-doesn't it give you goosebumps, all that prettiness? I love seeing how a shoot was put together-all the effort that goes into producing one editorial. Maybe one day I'll be doing something like that...

I love the hair in this shoot:

And another behind-the-scenes video!

I also did an interview with Anna a loooong time ago ('sup early blogging days). Read it here if it strikes your fancy ;)

beautiful videos, thanks for sharing!

i had to laugh when i read your interview w Anna Wolf, when she mentioned the chicken bones on the subway, cuz it's true! i just moved to a different part of brooklyn and what i'd heard beforehand was about chicken bones on the street, and i was like come on, no way. but guess what. way! it's such a challenge to walk my dog cuz I have to constantly watch out for chicken bones (and other food!) just lying in the street and on the sidewalk! crazy, right??

Oooh, I like the hair too. Everytime I see long, golden locks I'm tempted to dye my own.

Her work is pretty amazing! Love the hair... it makes me think of Lord of the Rings and Galadriel.

omg. SO- AGREE. When I first saw her work here on your blog i think last week i immediately posted on my tumblr(which is my inspiration book) I am like OMG how can i not know about her yet. I love Urban Outfitters, Free People and she has done shoots with them and it's just sooooo cool!

Thanks for posting her latest work, I actually wonder how people do the dreamy kinda foggy pictures? is it a particular lens they use? haha sorry i'm too excited, i'll go read the interview now and if it's there already sorry i asked. haha.:}

thanks for you comment on my blog btw. it was really encouraging:]

@est. =]: Yes, she has quite the clientele! Different lenses have many different effects. She uses various cameras, but if you're really interested, I could ask her and see :)

And no problem, your pictures are pretty and you're off to a great start ;)

silly me! I just checked out the interview and I found out that's where I saw her work last week haha. That was a really interesting interview and I'm jealous how you get to talk to these awesome people! But I'm not that much of an interviewer myself so I'll leave that for you since you're so good at all the documentation of what they said!:]
