Simply Bloom
Simply Bloom Photography is the collaboration effort of Christine Berry and Vania Barbieri. They specialize in vintage-inspired wedding photography. How cute are these concepts?

Bow ties, soft light, out of focus, romance. Loooove.

I've always thought it would be fun to do wedding photography. Your clients (for the most part) must be cheery and sweet to work with. But the thing that would stress me out is that your concept has to work because the shoot is a one-shot deal (especially if you're doing wedding day shots). Any wedding photographers out there?

I haven't done any wedding photography yet but I've always wanted too and this is the exact style I wanna do it in. It's absolutely gorgeous!

I love that first picture of the girl with the basket of peaches! I'm from Georgia so have a sentimental attachment to peaches . . . I want that in my dining room!!!

i've done about 10 weddings, and yes, in general the couple is really happy and fun to be around. but they're also REALLY demanding, make some ridiculous requests, & have annoying families that won't listen. the stress of being the only one to capture this moment in time is pretty intense.
all that said, i like it, but it's much better to be part of a photography duo ;)

I adore Simply Bloom! If we had the money, we would have flown them in and shoot our wedding.

Lovely post! Such beautiful photos! I would love to do wedding photography too, I have a friend who is doing an apprenticeship doing that at the moment - she said the hours are ridiculous and it's exhausting, but she still loves it. I'm thinking about doing a course later in the year so that I can start working towards having the opportunity to photograph weddings!

I love two-person bicycles! They're so much fun to ride on! I'm smitten with her ballerina flats; they're so adorable.

When do we send you the inspiration project? And do we use a regular printer paper? Or is there a special type of paper necessary?

Thanks-- you brought a smile to my face today. :)

Lovely shots. I love the light.
My boyfriends dad is a wedding photographer. He says it's harder now than it use to be due to more people having digital cameras. Like he'll be trying to shoot and there's guests with there digital cameras getting in the way!
