A love affair with tape!

I've fallen in love with beautiful tape. After receiving a package from oh, hello friend decorated with pretty tape, I have finally jumped on the bandwagon. I've been searching the internet to find some decorating ideas and I've come across this neat way to wrap a present, decorate a card, and even dress up clothespins! Ooh and look at what the Kate Spade shop in New York did with tape. (thanks, Helena for the lovely link!) Oh gosh, I'm in love!

Do you have a love affair with tape or decorating ideas? Do tell!

I have a love affair with stamps. I can't tell you how many ink pads I have to put stamps on things or how many stampers I have!! It really does add a nice touch to things!!

I used to be a bit "pooh-pooh" about Japanese tape (probably because I failed to notice it every time I've been to Japan) but I won some from a giveaway from UGUiSU (http://uguisu.ocnk.net/) and now I'm addicted. You should check out her store (and blog) it is great.

My biggest addiction is my Dymo craft labeller. I have all the different coloured tape and I love making old-school embossed labels for everything especially cards and gifts.

I haven't tried colored tape, but I've been tempted. I works just like regular tape (I guess), so why not put some more color into our lives?

That seems so pretty and like a definite new obsession for me. Do you know where I'd be able to purchase it?

I'm absolutely crazy about Japanese masking tape. I want them all. I have no idea where I'd put them and I'm not quite sure what I'd do with them, but oh, would it be fun!

I loved that Kate Spade store. I hear they're having designs done in several other stores after the success of the first. Wish I was closer to one. It brings me back to my duct tape fascination in high school. I even had a friend who made her prom dress out of duct tape.
