Dutch Magazines

Since I am from The Netherlands, I thought it would be nice to show you some Dutch stuff.

I read lots of magazines for the necessary bit of daydreaming.

My favorite Dutch interior magazines are Ariadne at Home, VT Wonen, and 101 woonideeën. Here are some photographs from these mags. Hope you like!

Lots of white and pastel colors, which I love!

They make a home pretty and soft and create such a nice and relaxing atmosphere.

Thanks for sharing. I love all the whites and pastels, but know that I couldn't pull it off with my random assortment of multi-colored surfaces and vintage finds. Maybe one day I'll dedicate one room to this stark and elegant temperament... I'll call it, "The Dutch Room."

I think I'm in love! :) It reminds me so much of an Anthropologie catalogue, and that dress reminds me of Zooey Deschanel. :) I just wanted to say that you are a wonderful guest blogger for the Drifter and the Gyspy!

I lived in Denmark for a while and fell in love with their designs as well. There are probably a lot of similarities. These pictures look so comforting and inviting! I wish my place looked like that!
