I'm sure you're all familiar with fashion prodigy and style icon Tavi of Style Rookie. I've been swooning over the self-portraits of herself in Miu Miu for a few weeks now and then I stumbled upon a drawing someone made of my favorite of the Miu Miu photos and thought it was really amazing and worth sharing. Did I mention that the person who made the drawing is 12?! Like I said, truly amazing.
I've been thinking (which is never a good thing because I tend to take on too much) that maybe I can try drawing some pictures of photos I've taken. I'm not sure how they would come out as drawing's not really my forte, but it's worth a try I guess. Have you ever tried drawing some of your own photos? Do share them :)

I say give it a go! Draw your photos...you wont know till you try. and you might find it to be another creative outlet, even if it doesn't come out how your envisioning it in your mind. :)

have a go, id love to see the result. ive never actaully thought of drawing my own photos, its quite a good idea though!

12 years old!? Goodness me. Someone has spectualar talent in spades and most definitely has a career in drawing if they ever want one! Beautiful!
neat idea! i've also seen people do a quick sketch of a photograph and overlay the two (the drawing and the photograph) for a really cool outcome.
