Prairie girl

Love the dreamy aesthetic of these beautiful shots. The colors and lighting are just lovely (ha, it's always about colors and lighting for me!) and what pretty girls too! I'm very happy because the model (in the second two pictures-Jessica Jean) happens to live relatively close to me (2 hours away) and I'd love to do a photo shoot with her... I'm thinking maybe something by the beach.

Reminds me of Little House on the Prairie. Those used to be my favorite books; my mother would read them to me before I went to bed. I remember thinking of how even the youngest of the sisters, Carrie-who was ten-was so much older than me! How things have changed!

She's gorgeous! She actually looks like Kelcie.

I've watched the show Little House on the Prairie as a young kid, and used to imitate the little girl running in the fields with outstretched arms to her side. :-)

You just made me feel nostalgic. :-)

Great photos! I loved reading the Laura Ingalls Wilder books: really wished I could the in big woods and tap the trees for syrup. Still wish I could if I'm honest.
Luckily my daughter loves them now too, so I ahve a reason to re-read them!

Oh, I used to love those books! I guess I still do. I used to read them and reread them and practically had them memorized.

I love your blog. It reminds me a lot like my own, in a sense. Would you care to take a peek? I also enjoyed Little House on the Prairie when I was younger. </3

These shots are so beautiful! I used to love watching Little House on the Prairie as a kid - I just loved their bonnets and floral dresses.
