I can't find Lula anywhere where I live-I think issue 9 is all sold out now, so oh well. I saw it once on a trip, but I didn't buy it. I wish I did, now considering some back issues sell for over $200 on eBay, like this issue.

They are lovely pictures! But I couldn't imagine ever paying that much. Too bad you didn't buy it then indeed, you'd be a lot richer by now.

oh how i love Lula, i have issue seven but that is as far as my collectio goes. i have heard so many people say how hard it is to get copies and i agree, my local newsgent has suprisingly stocked it before but they only had one copy and my friend bought it before i could!

i love lula. i saw it once here in norway but i didnt buy it because it was so expensive... but i kind of regret it now. here it costed 200 dollars new from the store;-)
a lot of people want to be lula girl, I actually read some similar desire not so long ago))

lula is unbelievable, endless inspiration. so sad you can't get it for a reasonable price. :( i can look for another issue 9 at my local bookstore if you really want a copy?

lula. my love. sigh. how i wish life could look like a lula photo shoot. ha. my life is more...rats nests of belts in staples boxes and dog hair on the floor! racks and racks of clothing lining the walls and hall...and where can i put the mannequin NOW?? ha.
but i've been lucky to find a few Lulas on newstands...I think I have four issues...but I can only find one since I moved! the others must be in storage...I'll find them someday.

I have issues 5-9. I would love to get hold of 1-4, but they're the hardest to get hold of and the most expensive!! I am tempted to put mine up on ebay, but I love them too dearly. I think that issue 10 is out pretty soon. You should get someone who lives in a big city to post you one xx
@lavelle: the thing is, i DO live near a big city...and I sill can't find it. thats what makes it so frustrating!

Have been following you for a little while now and want to say thank you for your beautiful photos and your wonderful thoughts. I am in a huge transition in my life right now and it is just one day at a time and I enjoy all the inspiration that others have to share. I use my blog as somewhat of a gratitude journal and as my eye on the prize so to speak and I love women who inspire which in turn empowers others. Many do not realize the impact that they have and I just wanted to share your little impact on me. Thank You and keep sharing those beautiful pics.

I have 8 and 9, and I really hope I can find the next one where I bought the other two! Don't know what I would have done if not.. Anyone know when number 10 is out? I want to get to the store early! ;)
Also, I think anywheredreams up here is a little mistaken about the price here in norway, or else she must have been ripped off! ;) I only paid about 25 USD for mine..

I thought that lula was really hard to find as well until like a month ago when I bought issue nine. I got it at borders for $15 dollars with a gift card too so it was free! I think it might be a misprint on ebay that its 200 dollars because sometimes that happens, and especially since no one bid on it yet... ive only really seen like 40 dollars at the most. You should be able to easily find it if you live in the U.S for a similar price at like barnes and noble or borders but I'm not sure if you live anywhere else. You can always go on the website and have them ship the latest copy to you or if you have a friend that lives in the US.
